    DD : way too hard for me, I did the Power 20 workout instead.

                          Today I did the 1st day of 30 Days of Cardio Blast at level 3. I had thought to do Cardio Trim but there are too many push-ups and planks in.

                          Done today :
                          1' (182 - more than 3 per second ) squat hold punches
                          DD : 4 minutes speed bag punches
                          30 Days of Cardio Blast : day 1, level 3, 1' rest

                          And forgot for yesterday : about 7600 steps, with stairs.
