        I also had this problem some time ago... I found an old thread where TheRaven explained that a side kick is like a punch with your foot, and turning kick is like a slap in the face with your foot. Not exactly, but it was a vivid explanation and I got it This and the kicks guide linked by my newly adopted kid, um, I mean twinkletoes, helped me a lot.

            You cannot say no to someone who loves kimchi. Besides, you seem to fit my bunch - they love it, too. Even if sometimes they complain it's too spicy

                Thank you, twinkletoes and inbetween . Now, with your examples and explanations in addition, I have no more excuses to do them in a bad form.

                inbetween and twinkletoes , do you eat lactofermented food ? I like it, especially raw sauerkraut, cucumbers (I ate my firsts in Poland a long time ago, they were so tasty !), red bell peppers and kombucha. I never tried kimchi, though : too difficult to do at home.

                    Yes, I do. We eat: sauerkraut, fermented cucumbers, beet kvass (I should do it more often, we mostly have it in winter time), kombucha, water kefir, milk kefir, yogurts, sour dough bread, miso. I would like to try natto at some point (though it does NOT look appealing at all, yuck). I will try to do some more lacto fermented veggies, but will not try anything new until I am back home in January.

                    I love fermented food...and beverages, too. Good wine or unpasteurised beer are awesome, too!

                      inbetween , do you make the beet kvass yourself ? I'e like to have the recipe.
                      I was used to make milk kefir, I liked the taste but my stomach didn't like it, and I stopped.
                      About wine and beer, I like the taste but I can't stand alcohol when over 3 or 4° : I immediatly get headache. (kombucha is perfect for me )
                      I said only what I make at home, I also use miso and shoyu.

                      (And you are welcome to talk about other things than workout, like , or . )

                            I grew up with sausages and raw, mom-made sauerkraut as a New Year's dish. ;D My mom basically always pickled a lot of the veggies she has in the garden: sauerkraut, bell peppers and onions, chili peppers, green tomatoes, zucchini. And my father makes wine out of the grapevines that surround the whole house and "roof" part of the garden.
                            So the answer is definitely a big: "I eat ALL of it ." If you have a good Korean restaurant near you, they usually serve different pickled vegetables with the main dish like radish and sweet potatoe and of course kimchi.

                            Trust your kiddy when I say that it reeks a lot worse. Yes, reek. The taste was okay as far as I remember, but the smell is atrocious.

                                Ramen noodles... udon...

                                I am lost. Tomorrow for lunch I am making miso soup with soba noodles and for the second dish Korean rice with veggies and eggs.
