During my silent time I did the "10" program, once again the Express Tone and a lot of workouts, many of them with dumbbells. And most important, I can now do 15 basic burpees in a row. (final jump but no push-up)
For now I'm doing "30 days of HIIT", the Easy Core Challenge and the upperbody edition for the Advent calendar.
