.OK, checked it, I think it is still difficult for me (tomorrow I am finishing From Walking to Running), I will rather do 8 weeks to 5K which seems easier (the progress is slower)

great job Louve rose - focus was on managing time not speed... the latter will come in the future be assured of that...

Louve rose I agree that your running form looks pretty good naturally especially the strike of your foot. The only thing I could really see (and I'm not entirely sure it wasn't just your jacket) is that you could stand to engage your glutes a bit more (basically squeeze your butt a little while you run) and this will bring your upper body a bit more upright. This should shift your center over your hips just a bit more and help out. I wish I had your foot strike though (super jealous) if I don't keep an eye on mine it goes south fast.

Also, I like your plan about triceps challenge, I need one, too. Any ideas?

Wow ! So many messages !
You all really carry me to this achievement. When I thought that it was too long, I thought about you at the same time and didn't want to disappoint you, so... I did it.
MissSmilla , maybe one day I'll do Cardio Trim Run.
inbetween , will you begin 8 weeks to 5K from the beginning ? First I had thought to do it but I prefer focusing on time rather than distance,, and I choose to do The Long Run.
Azercord , thank you for the feedback. You are right, I feel only my feet, my ankles and my calves working when I run. Next times I'll pay attention to my glutes.
xingyiquan : Today I payed attention to not flex my arms too much and I felt the difference.
Thank you again to you and also to Redline , twinkletoes , Mr. Octopus , Hiraelle and Britt0 (I hope I didn't forget anyone) Oh ! Yes ! Mr. Mao with this great quote :
“In order to succeed, we must first believe that we can.” --Nikos Kazantzakis
Friday it will be 20 min to run but I know that I can do it, because I could have go on today.

That said, I may still go directly to day 7, for example. I'll see.
Good to have some more beginning runners here, I don't feel alone! And even better, good to have more experienced runners, too, as they are very generous with great advice!!!
Good luck with your runs!!

inbetween and Louve rose, if you're looking for exercises to isolate your triceps, there's a post I wrote some time ago that you may find of interest.

Well, I guess dumbbells are your best bet, then - even though the wall extensions I show in the 2nd video can be done with a single arm if you place your hand high enough.

Well, I've stumbled upon this video and it looks interesting, I think it should give some good gains if done frequentlyThe problem is, how to incorporate it into my daily training if I already do lots of other stuff
