    October challenge : 650 punches in total for the day
    10 sit-ups
    20 reverse crunches

    Done today before breakfast :
    Cardio Trim : day 17, L3, unlocked 1,2,3 (this is a long workout, almost one hour, and I was short of time yesterday)

    Done today :
    Walking and running : 3,3 km, including
    From walking to running : day 29, 2 min walk, 5 min run, 3 sets. I forgot to watch the sheet before running so I did 3 sets of 1 min walk, 5 min run.
    Cardio Trim : day 18, part 1, unlocked 1
    Mr. Octopus unofficial challenge : day 22, 3'40'' chair up and I did... 3'39'' in one go. Mr. Octopus , I can't believe that !

        Yes, I was supposed to do it today, but after getting nominated in the RWC, I found myself short on time and will have to postpone it for tomorrow. It does look very long (although not very hard) if you go for 8 sets and triple combos. And I'm definitely doing that!

                              I wanted to go to a trial course and they said that I was too old and that the senior courses were given elsewhere (but it is too far for me, I don't want to be in my car longer than in the course )

                                I refuse to accept that someone who can complete 30 Days of HIIT and Cardio Trim with 3 unlocks needs to be sent to a senior course Sadly I don't have a say in this
