        You're underestimating your contribution to the WQ by half. 100 Squat Hold Punches + 100 Overhead Punches = 200.

            OK.

            Here on your check-in thread, you noted 200 punches for yesterday (100 Squat Hold Punches in the morning + 100 Overhead Punches later in the day).

            For the WQ, you reported only 100 punches yesterday.

            So, it appears you noted only half the punches on the WQ thread.

            I think you should report all 200 punches on the WQ.

            Of course, it is completely your decision. I was merely trying to help. Sorry if I am confused.
