    DD : 20 Scorpions push-ups. Not sure they were right. When I look on the Internet you have to cross your legs, mine were more like a yoga "cobra".

    Dead Hang Challenge : after 20 seconds my right hand starts to open and I can't do anything about it, so I'm going to give up this challenge and do the Mr. Octopus Unofficial Forearm+ Challenge again. Today : day 1 with 2,3 kg dumbbells.

    Workout : Lift & Tone (EC), 2,3 kg dumbbells.
