Sorry, I forgot to say that the distances over 5 miles were not in one go ! (I did two or three walks a day) I guess it is less impressive now.

Thank you, Mr. Octopus . Yesterday I forgot to say that I did day 2 of your unofficial challenge.

              Done today :
              1' squat hold punches
              20 crunches
Walking : 11,710 km (7,276 miles) : the first 10,600 km were in one go, my speed was 6,197 km/h, I'm sad that the 5 and 10K badges are only for running.
              WQ : 60 Shoulder taps
DD : 40 Side plank rotations, no EC (4 x 10 because my elbows were burning)
              Workout : Black Widow, L1
Mr. Octopus ' unofficial challenge : day 3

I seem to recall a conversation about what 'in one go' meant in relation to the 100km achievement that allowed for walking, and even for stopping for short breaks, during the attempt.

Damer, neilarey, is it really true that one cannot unlock the achievements for 5k or 10k unless one runs the whole distance?

Yes, I saw it, but I don't have rubber band or hammer.

I suppose It's OK to do short walking breaks when doing 100 km but I did only 10 and didn't run at all.
Anyway, thank you for asking to the Darebee Team.

I have not given up to run but I'm hyperlaxe and in addition I have hyper pronation for my right foot, I ordered new shoes that are supposed to correct this one.

I have foot troubles and the right shoes have made a huge difference! Good luck!

You do not need band or hammer you can do it with dumbbell or even water bottle

Britt0 yeah we are really, really heartless that way do the distance in one go or no badge unlocked (You will thank us later).

KaseyRose03 , thank you, I hope my new shoes will be fine.

Mr. Octopus , I think it'll be better if I watched the whole video.

Damer , I agree about the "in one go". The question was : May I unlock the 5 and the 10K badges if I do those distances in one go but only walking, not running ? (If not, could you think about creating a new set of badges for the walkers ?)

                              Done today :
                              1' Squat hold punches
Walking : about 5 km (the app crashed so I don't know the exact distance)
                              Iron Bar workout
                              6-Minutes Abs workout : I couldn't do the knee-to-elbow crunches in one go. I did 5 sets of 12''
                              WQ : 60 shoulder taps
DD : 40 jumping lunges, EC
Mr. Octopus ' unofficial challenge : day 4

Louve rose you could, yeah. It's the distance that matters in this particular case
