Thank you, Gee
Done today :
1' (202) squat hold punches
From walking to running : day 1 (included in a 5 km walk). I tried this program when on holiday but I failed miserably on day 6 and after a discussion and some advices from Mr. Octopus , Redline and xingyiquan I think I'll try the xingyiquan method ( Britt0 , if I well understood, that's what you did to increase your running skills)
Sweat Generator : L3 with EC
DD : 20 dragon push-ups, with EC (ouch, my abs !)

Along with this advice, I got a heart monitor, which actually helped me a lot with figuring out how much effort I was putting in. Keeping my heart rate below a certain threshold works really well for me. The non-technical way to gauge effort is whether you can carry on a conversation while running. However, I run alone, and I feel that talking to myself out loud might be a bit too much, even for me.
One other thing. It feels really quite difficult at first. However, even if it won't feel like it for a month or so, you'll actually be making fast progress if you stick with the program and don't try to force things.
Good luck!

Britt0 , thanks to share your experience.

I own a heart monitor but a sport bra + the belt for the monitor is uncomfortable. I walk (and now I'll run) with my dog so I could talk to her.(she is a very little chihuahua, she doesn't run too fast
)
