Morning routine:
10 incline push-ups
1' squat hold punches
10 incline push-ups
Walking: 2 km (unexpected walk: I was at a train station waiting for a train connection when there was a bomb alert and the station was evacuated. So I had some time and I walked, waiting for the alert to end, alert which finally turned out to be false.
Sculptor+ workout (the push-ups were done with the TRX-like straps), with EC
5 scapular shrugs (from dead hanging)
Core Control (May Challenge): day 10, 100 side leg raises

Morning routine:

1' squat hold punches (for Kanary )
10 incline push-ups
Running and walking :
- Walk: 1,5 km
- Run 20', 2,63 km so it is 7,89 km/h (for only 20', but I'm happy with that anyway)
- Walk: 1,64 km
- Run: 8' 30'', 1 km, about 7 km/h. I'm happy with this one too as it was the first time that I ran on a non-flat route and my pace was regular (I know that it was a short distance and a not very rough route)
