      EmChey and xingyiquan :

xingyiquan, as you can see, I don't follow your advice because... I didn't understand what you meant ! I really hope that we can meet in March and have a real conversation.

I had planned to try "Fighter's Codex" this year (between the end of spring to mid summer), but then Darebee gifted us "Full Circuit" (appart all other stuff!), and now I'm thinking to modify the next weeks......

About "Dash!" I'm not sure. If I were thinking to do it, I'd do better in summer (surely not winter). It seems that doesn't require too much time.

, Cabriel Dash would be for better weather but I wonder:
          - Is Dash a program by itself or need the sprints to be included in longer runs?
          - When I read something about IT they say everywhere that you can do this training only once a week and in Dash you do IT every other day.

I see it like a program itself. I would chose the level of the upper body and abs workouts according to how I would feel that day. A day would be more demanding than other; it depends. The main point here is the agility and speed.

About the sprints, to be included into longer runs, I don't see why not. I think they can be fitted into a 3km run (or something like that, not too long distance).

I hope some runner will give you a better opinion!

Your opinion is valuable. In addition I should ask in the Helpdesk forum.

Fighter's Codex : day 3, L1. (hidden burpees and a lot of push-ups, the latter were done in a very bad form )

                      No Pull-ups

Form is everything. Before doing a push-up with a bad form - just adapt it, i.e. go on the knees instead of normal push-ups. push-ups are push-ups after all, no matter what Your are doing great keep going.

The darebee team would never, ever hide burpees in a program! No way!

well, now you got me ... you could also start up higher and work your way down to the mat again. Working-out is all about adaption from time to time
