    Power Walk (January challenge): day 24

    Full Circuit: day 24 (an easy day )

    Pull-ups: 5 negative Australian pull-ups.

    Battleground : a lot of mixed punches

          Amirsh , the Darebee program which helped me to lose weight is Power Cardio. I did it at L1 though it was really effective.

                    Punches were the only thing I could do yesterday... by isolating myself in the toilet.
