      Done today (13/1/2019):

      1' squat hold punches

      Push-ups: 60 (3 x 20)

Power Walk (January challenge): day 13.

Full Circuit: day 13. I had to take a little rest after set 5.

Pull-ups: 3 negative Australian pull-ups, with the bar at stomach height. I couldn't do more, it was not a good idea to do them right after FC.

Louve rose you are definitely doing great on those pull ups. Australian Pull Ups are defiantly the best way to gain lat strength

            Thank you, BlackButler .
Even if I'm never able to do even one pull-up, I'll get strong muscles in the back. I already feel the difference.

I really think you are well on you way to achieving that goal and I might be able to help out on that I gave someone advice on achieving a pull up it is basically what you are doing, but with a twist Click Here to Find Out More (Post 6 and Chair Rows are the same as Australian Pull Ups)

BlackButler , but... what is a "chair row" ?

I need your advice : I wonder if the workouts like "Power 20" are good as a prep for pull-ups ? I like it.

Louve rose Apologies a Chair Row is exactly the same as an Australian Pull Up hehe As for the Power 20 I'd say it would be good prep work. It has a few "Pull" lifts which will help on strengthening the lats (Hardgainer works well too). Hope that helps

Ahem. I had this in my mind, but with a chair instead of a dumbbell.

I made a mistake: it was 6 negative Australians pull-ups. No miracles since the day before.

                            Done today (16/1/2019):

                            1' squat hold punches

                            Push-ups: 80 (4 x 20)

Power Walk (January challenge): day 16

                            Full Circuit: day 16

Pull-ups: day 2 of the BlackButler program : 5 negative Australian pull-ups, straight body, slow move (but with the bar at stomach height).

BlackButler , you wrote here that you "wouldn't recommend doing negative pull ups if you are not use to lat strength this will seriously injure your shoulders". Problem : I'm not able to do the regular ones.
