        Done today (4/1) :

        Wake-up routine :
        (10 head raises, 10 high crunches, 10 butt-ups, 10 knee to elbow crunches, 10 sit-ups, 10 sitting twists, 10 knee in and twists, 10 scissors) x2, 50 heel taps, 30 leg raises + 30 count leg hold (1 L, 1 R), no rest.
        10 inclined push-ups
        1' squat hold punches
        10 inclined push-ups

        Cardio HIIT Challenge : Day 3

        Power Cardio : Day 3, L2. I split each 20 push-ups series in two parts : first 10 were classical, last 10 in the downward dog position.

        Power 20, 5 kg dumbbells

                      I'm fine, I hope you all are fine too. Thank you for your wishes ! I'm sorry for being away from the Hive for such a long time.
                      Some news : I continue to exercise, today I finished the May chest and arms challenge, ouch, ouch, ouch ! (but nice triceps ) and I walked / ran 8,40 km (hot here, even in the morning) (walking 1,52 km,10' running and 2' walking four times = 5,36 km, walking 1,52 km). I run three times a week, I do a Darebee workout 3 times a week (the days I don't run) and I still do my morning routine and a challenge.
