      Thank you, Cabriel . Today was far better than yesterday and tomorrow I'll give a second try to Day 7 of Power Cardio.

      Today (8/12), I did :
      Wake-up routine :
      (10 head raises, 10 high crunches, 10 butt-ups, 10 knee to elbow crunches, 10 sit-ups, 10 sitting twists, 10 knee in and twists, 10 scissors) x2, 20 heel taps, 30 leg raises + 30 count leg hold (1 L, 1 R), no rest.
      10 inclined push-ups
      1' squat hold punches
      10 inclined push-ups


      Damage Control
      , L3, with EC (= no rest). It was easy.



      Advent Calendar : day 8

      Australian Pull-ups Challenge Lv 1 : day 1. Bad form.

      So, as usual, my heart and legs are OK, my abs are not bad, my arms and back are weak and for them, I lost the little I had won.

        In my experience, you don't lose so much so quickly.
        You're probably still feeling the after-effects of the time when you were ill. It should all come back pretty quickly.

            Hello !
            I'm back for today. I'm sorry if I missed birthdays and badges. I had a lot of things to do and I had to choose : the hive or be ready for Xmas.
            I didn't give up the workouts, I did my wake-up routine almost each day and during those busy days I did micro workouts : each time I could find one or two minutes I did squats, or punches, or side kicks, and each time I went to the bathroom I did 10 inclined push-ups. And... I lost 3 kgs !!! Those micro workouts were really efficient !

                                Wake-up routine :
                                No abs, I did only
                                10 inclined push-ups
                                1' squat hold punches
                                10 inclined push-ups

                                Cardio HIIT Challenge : Day 2

                                Power Cardio : Day 2, L2

                                Training for the challenge : 1 squat, 30/30 in the morning and 1 squat 5/55 in the evening. This is so easy, I'm afraid I don't do it right.
