        (10 head raises, 10 high crunches, 10 butt-ups, 10 knee to elbow crunches, 10 sit-ups, 10 sitting twists, 10 knee in and twists, 10 scissors) x2, 20 heel taps, 30 leg raises + 30 count leg hold (1 L, 1 R), no rest.
        10 inclined push-ups
        1' squat hold punches
        10 inclined push-ups


        Walking and running
        (7,35 km in total) :
        - walking : 16'15''
        - running / walking : 5 x (8' R, 1'30'' W), 5,42 km
        - walking : 6'


        PowerCardio : Day 28, 120 jump squats : 6 x 20 JS, 30'' rest

        1 min Yoga Challenge : day 18 and day 19

        Modified Pull-up Challenge Lv 1 : day 19

            Cardio : Day 30, L1. I don't claim the badge because I feel that I could have done more sets on some days. I'll take rest until Sunday and begin the program again, trying to do 4 or 5 sets (for L2) each day. I love this program and I want to do it to the end of my strength.

                      Wow! That is dedication.

                      But doing the program again will certainly be beneficial. It is both challenging, varied and well-rounded. I'm enjoying it quite a lot myself!

                      In the meantime, I believe congratulations are still in order.

                        The program is really enjoyable, and like Redline wrote : "challenging, varied and well-rounded". I have to add : there are no difficult exercises per se, the difficulty (and the efficiency) comes from the way they are arranged. After those 30 days I feel that I have got more abs than ever.
                        For me, it was the best program to combine with running.
