          You did great. Add you little red square. It's about doing it at your best and you did that. Do knee or wall pushup and enjoy gravity.

              Sorry Gee , I didn't see your post. I don't know about the red square : I intend to come back to the days I failed but if I get the little square before I succeed maybe I'll have less motivation.
