Yes, I can do it !

I am starting this thread to keep track of my progress.

From March, 9 to today : 41 DD, 28 with EC.
March, 13 : Begin of Foundation
April, 11 : End of Foundation, level 1
April, 12 : Begin of 30 Days of HIIT

Thank you to all the Darebee staff, I really enjoy all the stuff I find here. I'm sorry, English is not my first language, I can't write all I'd want to (and I surely do mistakes).

                  Thank you, @Gee.
I prefer to stay on level 1 and go slowly but surely.

                          10 Squat Hold Punches
                          Not 10, but 100.
Only one month ago, Britt0 . March, 28. It was the Weekly Quest and I liked it a lot, then I didn't stop after the week.

Hahaha! Yes, it was a typo.

I imagine this would increase your leg and core strength quite a bit.

Do you feel like they are easy now, and do you think you will need to do something to make them more difficult at some point? If so, do you think you would go up to 150 (adding that many at a time)? Or are you going to keep it at 100 every day?

I don't know for my core but i'm sure for my butts and my thighs, and it stretches my groin a lot (though I do yoga two times a week and I know this asana but without the punches, it's quite different with them)

do you think you will need to do something to make them more difficult at some point?
No, I don't think so. It's the first thing I do in the morning : I wake up, go out of the bed, go to the bathroom and then do those punches. They really boosts my day. Maybe I'll increase their number when I'll no more feel this boost.
