        Strength Day 13
        Another level one leg day, my left knee has been kinda funny since the last one, so...just glad it's over with.

        Yoga Challenge, Day 26 and 27 (30-20-10).

          Strength Day 14
          Abs and rows, 8-8-7. I know my numbers aren't changing at all but I'm going as low as I can even adjusting part way through if it seems to easy so...Idk. Will see at the end of the program.

          Natalie still hasn't had her surgery. Which means she's been sitting in traction for over a week. But yesterday they found a mass on her adrenal gland and now that's putting another wrench in things. I know what this means but I don't know what it means in regards to the fractures, so... Idk. One day at a time.

          Edit: Revolution Day 6
          (Adriene does this while saying "SIX PACK ABS" during the video, so it doesn't look like a relevant smiley, but it is )

                    Strength Day 15
                    Level one reps and level two sets turned out to be the perfect workout. Was just aiming for level one but that was short and I could do more.

                    Side note: now that Lucy's over her aversion to my yoga mat she's discovered pushups are perfect for synchronized dog kisses. And planks are clearly made for freestyle That was...interesting

                        Strength Day 16
                        Stretching, level two. Still lovely. So much popping in my back and shoulders but I really needed this today. My back has been killing me.

                        Yoga Challenge, Days 28-30.

                        Probably Revolution later, John's antsy to get dinner out of the way and I don't want to eat cold pork chops Seriously the only argument we ever have..I'm a late eater. But, he cooks, so I always feel rushed. Meh.

                        Edit: Revolution Day 7
                        Stability, aka balance and foot cramps. I need potassium. I honestly have no idea beyond bananas what's high in potassium, but I'm never even close to 100% RDA.
