            Strength Day 8
            Stretching, level two. And nice stretches, not the typical DAREBEE torture stretches. What IS this lovely program??

            YWA Yoga for Upper Back Pain
            This again. Likely this every day forever. Oh so yummy. I think if I write down the stretches I can do every morning and night and not worry about the video. Felt even better today than yesterday.

            Yoga Challenge, Days 20-22. Day 19 was a nope balance-wise. Will try again tomorrow.

            Four day weekend GO.

                Strength Day 9
                Leg day, level one because it's Thanksgiving and I'm celebrating by giving thanks that level one reps are an option for lunge step ups

                Yoga Challenge, Days 19, 23 and 24 (no where CLOSE to touching my feet.)

                Maybe later, YWA Yoga for Upper Back Pain we'll see.

                Off for two Thanksgiving meals Feeling rather pleased I got my (short) workout in first. Let the eating commence.

                          Yesterday, I ate all the things. Then I ate all the leftovers. Then I ate all the midnight snacks. Plus side, my handheld body fat monitor said I'm down 3.5% in five weeks from what I understand the number itself is terribly unreliable (21.1% this morning...don't quite believe that) but the trend is accurate so cheers to that.

                          Strength Day 10
                          Abs, level two, rows 7-9-7. Really struggling with body angle here so I don't think my numbers will ever mean anything, in and of themselves.

                          Yoga Challenge, Day 25

                          I did end up doing yoga for upper body pain last night. Don't ask where. Revolution is up later if I feel like it. Right now, I'm just enjoying the fact that it's Friday, 70 degrees in November, and I have nothing to do and nowhere to be.

                            Strength Day 11
                            Pushups and punches, level two with wrist weights oof, my shoulders. Left elbow slightly angry with me. It has been since I corrected my pushup form, there's a ligament or something that pops/snaps with every rep. It's uncomfortable but not usually painful. Today it was painful, without the popping I did half wide grip for the last two sets, those don't bother it at all.

                            John took off on the old Harley before my workout. Kinda regretting not going with him, we won't have many more days like this, but...also kinda enjoying these lazy days. Oh well...
