        It took me 18 minutes total, including the one minute yoga. So apparently you're a pushup/punch beast also! 13 minutes?! I'm so impressed I just love the feel of punches with the weights. I always felt dumb punching air and this is a really nice add-on.

        CODawn a bad day at work has derailed me more than once. Usually bad days mean everyone needs everything and the last thing I want is one more thing that "needs" to be done, so this was definitely a victory!!

            Totally agree about the punches with /without weights. I need to fix mine or replace them.

                      Rest day?? What's a rest day??! Not gonna lie, this was nice. Shortest tendon strength workout ever.

                      One Minute Yoga Challenge, Day 18

                      Revolution Day 3 - Honor Practice
                      Reviewing my notes, I don't think I liked this day the first time. I liked it today!! Like twinkletoes said, a bit of strength goes a long way and I'm definitely stronger this time around. So much popping in my back though. I really need a chiropractor...

                      Tonight is one of my favorite nights of the year. BINGO!! At the AMVETS. There's twelve of us in my group, already went down to reserve our tables. I'm so excited Wish me luck!! I won $500 a few years ago. But even if I don't win it's an awesome fun night with friends.
