That's all! Starting the program tomorrow or Wednesday depending on the status of our leg muscles. It's kinda nice not to be in a rush, since C&D was postponed.

We took a break between ST and Strength because days 30 and 1 were both legs days. So I did yoga, and then... Realized my legs were shaking. Whoops!! I'll be fine. Just fine
