    Spartan Day 12
Balance and coordination, level two. I liked this sequence better than the first. Short workout but that's ok, it's a rest day for one of us...

Oh, I should add...I am down ~3lbs since last Wednesday Four days were less than 50g carbs, the other three were 60-75, most were a caloric deficit of around 500 calories so that probably explains the weight loss more than anything but the difference is that I haven't been hungry or felt deprived at all. I feel like I'm eating way more than I'm used to. So, successful so far!!

Well...no...(this post explains it)...I remembered, again why I shouldn't sign up for WW. But oh well! I fluctuated about a pound (I won't even call it losing since it was going up and down) in two and a half weeks on WW going WAY over my points every day and every week and feeling starved trying to stay under. So I took a new approach, low-carb, keto-ish on certain days Thursday - Saturday I was pretty strict with my carbs and then kind of lax the past three days but part of that is to blame on having my parents in town and part on having some meal prep lunches to finish (I hate wasting food) but regardless, it's working well and I feel great!

            Congrats on the weight loss

My scales have been relegated to a corner of the bathroom - in the last 2+ years I've managed to drop a dress size (now UK 12/US 10/ EU 40), improve cardio, strength & gain tone & definition... but the scales have shown I've only lost about half a stone. According to them & the BMI (still used by my GP despite informing them of all the exercise I'm doing every week) I am still really overweight
I don't care cos I know what's going in my body and what I'm working off of it

That's great!!! Someone else made a similar comment, and I would love to chuck my scale if I was visually seeing a similar trend, but I was going in the opposite direction (and I am NOT buying bigger pants) so for the moment I'm focusing on the weight. I completely understand ignoring the scale when you're happy with the changes you're seeing.

              (And welcome back!!)

Yep, level one. Pushups 18, 16, 13. Have I mentioned I HATE WALL SITS?? I mean I do 90 degrees, no resting on my legs, but I suck at wall sits...1:20, 0:45, 0:40. I would have honest to God puked going longer.

Still a 30 minute workout on level one. Acceptable.
