Balance and coordination, level two. I liked this sequence better than the first. Short workout but that's ok, it's a rest day

Oh, I should add...I am down ~3lbs since last Wednesday
Four days were less than 50g carbs, the other three were 60-75, most were a caloric deficit of around 500 calories so that probably explains the weight loss more than anything but the difference is that I haven't been hungry or felt deprived at all. I feel like I'm eating way more than I'm used to. So, successful so far!!
