    noname hope you relished the HIIT Advanced program - definitely a great program - the second part of Pandora will still be there when you finished the HIIT program - will leave some fiendish creatures behind - just for you

      TheLibrarian Awesome-- yea, 30 HIIT Advanced looks sweaty, but fun

      Honestly I think I'll enjoy Age of Pandora part II more if I do something else in between (HIIT Advanced). AoP part I was over in a second, kinda.
      ..and yea, please leave some foul creatures behind for me-- I'm not done with 'em yet..!

        ___30 days of Fitness Challenge - day nine

        For the time being-- my yoga poses are terrible (balance and, erm everything), as they should be, given that I've only tried a few short sessions. That being said, Adriene is very calm and inspiring, which helps a rookie like me. Also, I find it hard to keep up at the same pace as she does in her videos, but with practice I'll manage, hopefully. Enjoying it tho. Added ab challenge to my routine.

            Added the Foundation program, not entirely sure to why I did-- but there you have it. If anything the Foundation badge looks cool.

                K e l l y It took a while.. But not that long-- Foundation was pretty much a no rest kind of a deal.
                I'm pretty sure I've earned my Fitness Challenge (15 minutes) for today..!

                    Working out is the easy part-- sticking to a healthy diet tho, is, to me, a whole new ball game.
                    ..I haven't really made any big changes to my diet yet, but if I want to achieve my goals-- I need to get started!
                    ..and yea, I know what to do and such-- but in terms of STICKING TO IT.. yea, as previously mentioned..

                          Yea, it's difficult Today I started writing a food log, forcing me to be more conscious of what I eat..
                          And hopefully it'll lead me to choose the healthier alternatives.

                            That's how I lost all my weight a few years ago. I used Fatsecret to log all my food. We even bought a scale and weighed things out.

                              That's exactly what I've been doing - but I use MyFitnessPal because it syncs to my fitbit. My kitchen scale gets A LOT of use, and a bonus is that I've gotten pretty decent at converting imperial to metric (something all my European friends think is hysterical and makes all my US friends ask "why?")
