03__ 20 reverse plank leg raises
04__ 60 high knees
05__ 20 butterfly sit-ups
That workout is CRAZY!! I can't even remember if I'm on set 3 or 4 (or 6...) all those letters?! Forget it!
Crazy! I thought it was one round, hence YBAX,
but then I read the description further down on the page..
I'll redo it later with more sets, some other day tho......

*Not that happy about my push-ups to failure-- not seeing the progress I hoped for.
**Not happy about Grinder lvl 1 either.. pressed for time! I was ready for more rounds..
Now I need to HIIT the shower and then drive to work. Have nice Friday everyone!
