        1 hour, approx, walk/ run intervals and x5 sprints.

        May 16th/ today
        1 hour+ walk
        30G / DAY 15 - five sets, all levels + push-ups to failure, 33-10-3
        FitTAP app/
        01__ 20 raised leg push-ups
        02__ 20 palm strikes
        03__ 20 reverse plank leg raises
        04__ 60 high knees
        05__ 20 butterfly sit-ups

                            *Not that happy about my push-ups to failure-- not seeing the progress I hoped for.
                            **Not happy about Grinder lvl 1 either.. pressed for time! I was ready for more rounds..
                            Now I need to HIIT the shower and then drive to work. Have nice Friday everyone!
