    just 12 oz water with Liquid IV electrolyte added to take with my morning supplements,
    is that a good idea over time? Isn't that a lot of salt or is it less than the daily recommended amount?

        I use only a teaspoon of the whole packet in the 12 oz water. It’s fine for heavy sweaters like me.πŸ₯³πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
