              The nice thing about Liquid IV is it’s got *just* 40 calories, and that’s enough to keep the nausea and weakness at bay for an hour. Plus, I don’t have to drink any water during the workout, which means I don’t slosh!😂 If I’m going to the gym in the early morning, that’s a super plus🥳😎

                I've always needed to eat before a workout. If I don't have proper nutrition, I can definately feel it.

                    Doing the workout before breakfast does help to lose weight I use to do it but I don’t really need to lose more weight I eat then work out in an hour or two now I’m trying to get muscle

                          If I get up any later than 6am, I do have to eat something, first. But as I’ve never been an *early morning breakfast” person, I can be up super early and do stuff and not eat until later. What I am referencing here is my 5:30am workouts😎💪🏼When get up later, yes, I have to eat first, then wait about and hour to workout. 🙌🏼
