                  Hey, I’m curious, I notice you often do 2 workouts: when you’re doing 2 workouts if one is strength and the other is Cardio especially, do you alternate sets on the rest periods between sets of each one? For example, this is what I would do: one set of Dragon Reborn, then, during rest, do a set of Crossfire, and so on. ?

                        I do 'em back to back, but with rest times. Usually one minute rest between sets (EC).
                        First I do the strength/ tone one, and then, after a few minutes rest, I tackle the HIIT workout.
