    I think you're right about the programs. maybe I'll look at actually finishing Heroes Journey (I was so close last time)! Or another of the RPG ones. I'll have to take a look.

    I'll do some Ring Fit tonight as a mind cleanser and look over the RPG programs; figure them out.

      I did do Ring Fit yesterday.

      Today I did a very brisk 15-20 minute walk. (Spouse took kids for a drive so I was able to walk at my pace). It felt good.

      I haven't decide on a program yet. At the moment I am angry and in pain so it's going to have to wait. Which means Ring Fit again tomorrow and a few episodes of Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms (Eternal Love)

        Oh I only missed two days of check-in?
        So I did do Ring Fit again on the day I wasn’t sure of. A fair bit too. Lots of ab work. Honestly the amount of ab work I’m getting in Ring Fit is enough to keep me keeping that as an add on. I think I’ll aim to start doing Ring Fit in the morning and then my program later in the day. And that way if I miss one of them I’ll be super relaxed about it. Which will be a nice change.

        So yesterday I did Day 1 of Heroes Journey on Level 2. I was So Proud of myself!!! I had to push myself a tiny bit but it was so worth it! I followed that up with The Finisher workout.

        Today I did Day 2 of Heroes Journey again on Level 2. So many High Knees!!! I challenged myself further by breathing through my nose during the punches part which helped me focus on form. (I chose to get involved) And I admit I may have automatically done head blocks when I dropped into the squats... Even though it’s been years since any martial art. It just felt right.
        I followed that up with The Finish Line workout. I couldn’t quite do the leg raises properly but part of that is because I’m still breaking in my exercise mat so it’s still a little slippery when I’m sweating.

          Had a migraine yesterday so no Ring Fit in the morning.. But since it was a weapon choice day and I wanted the Ribbon I did do Ring Fit in the evening followed by the Ribbon kicks. My legs hurt at the end of the night but it's a small price to pay as I enjoy doing kicks so much. Since Day 4 of Heroes Journey is ab work I'll wait on Ring Fit until this afternoon as well. I've found I'm less likely to be sore from ab workouts if I warm up with cardio beforehand and I can find a cardio path on Ring Fit.

            Yesterday was a weird day. Just loss of motivation. Probably due to the migraine. So I went for a decent paced 20 minute walk.
            Did Day 4 of Heroes Journey today. Just that as I still feel a little off. But migraine plus shark week will do that. Which is fine. Today was a good workout. Apparently I got mosquito bit at some point. Just noticed it. The blood flow from working out must have brought my attention to it. No big deal.

              Ring Fit yesterday.
              Feeling super weak today. Super cold and super tired. Period worse than normal. I'm losing my streak but that's okay. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. Too fatigued to work out without hurting myself. Wanted to check in though to make sure I have that little nudge for tomorrow.

                Went for an early morning walk with my two year old yesterday while her dad and brother were sleeping. It was... in a word... wonderful. I kept a watchful eye out for bears and moose but happily didn't see any. (I had already seen some joggers so wasn't anticipating running into any but it is Alaska so; always good to be aware).

                Today I did Heroes Journey Day 5 at level one. And of course I said yes to the question asked.
                I did Morning Stretch as my cooldown.

                To be perfectly honest. Although I felt amazing after the workout I may have overdone it a bit as I've got a migraine now. It may have also been the autumn storm coming in bringing pressure fluctuations and deciding to try hot cocoa. Not sure. I'll have to take it easy tomorrow though. Looking at tomorrow there's currently a 35% chance I'll be able to do it. It depends on my migraine mostly. We'll see. *Fingers Crossed*.

                  Yup. Migraine turned out to be Bad. Very bad. So I'll get back at it tomorrow.
                  Luckily it only seemed to last a day. *touch wood*. Migraine hangover today though which meant super weak limbs so no push-ups today.

                    I've done two more days of Heroes Journey so far. Level 2 on Day 6 (doing push-ups with a toddler on your back is Difficult!!!) and I pushed myself hard to get Level 1 on Day 7 and it was So Satisfying to have something to focus on (beating The Oracle). I may have made a whole story in my head about the stranger and why they punched the Oracle. It was fun.
                    I'll be doing Day 8 tomorrow.

                    Edit: I've been Super ravenous for the past couple of days so I bought some protein powder and since I'll be getting my blender in on Monday I'll start doing protein shakes as my morning snacks and that should help a Lot.

                      Been trying to unpack mountains of boxes. It's going far more slowly than I'd like; but in big part because homeschool has started again and that takes a lot of attention.

                      I also broke my jump rope teaching my six year old how to jump... Oops.

                        On advice from my dietician I've put working out on the back burner while I wait for medical answers from tests I've had done. I am going to try to start going for walks regardless since they're so low impact and we got our first snow today so the weather is definitely right. Plus we're getting a puppy on Halloween. Need to be habituated to going for a daily walk. (It'll be carrying the puppy until she's got all her vaccines then a lot of stop-and-sniff walks. But in about two years she'll be capable of hiking for days or marathon running based on her breeders adult dogs. I'm hoping to look at flyball. Depends on the pandemic).

                          Everything's up in the air but I felt like dancing so I put on some old DDR songs and then my two year old decided she had to be held while I did it so that ended up lasting 30 mins. Then when looking for cooldowns on here I saw that the Advent Calendar was up so I caught up on that.
                          Feels good. Mostly.
                          I need to drink more water.

                          On a highly positive side. I discovered caffeine doesn't trigger my heartburn. Green tea for me!
