    Did a random workout yesterday. Nothing from the site; just moving.

    Day 20 of Baseline today. Not too bad. The torso rotations started tugging at my hamstrings so I had to make the circles a little smaller but that fixed it.

    My dietician is very happy with how often I've been working out. She also agrees that it's okay that I'm maintaining weight right now instead of losing considering I move in less than two weeks.

        Moving sure is a stressful time and you’ll be very active...we only rearranged our living room and our arms are sore.

          It is stressful. More so with everything going on. But we have face shields and masks and will be quarantined for 14 days when we get where we're going to hopefully all goes well!
          Rearranging furniture is always a good workout.

            Baseline Day 21. Needed to push myself to workout today but I'm glad I did. Now I can feel confident that I'll keep pushing forward. ^_^

              Baseline Day 22. A good one today. ^_^ I just realized that I'll be finishing Baseline during the move! Not as planned but sometimes things happen.

              I like the looks of the Stopgap workout though. Looks like something I'll have to do to give myself one more day to choose a program after I'm done with Baseline.

                Baseline Day 23. Not too bad. I remembered not to do the forward bends too deep so I wouldn't make myself sick and it worked.

                  I did Baseline Day 24 I think on the 23rd (Dates messed up slightly because of difference in time zones). Obviously I didn’t remember to log it. This move has been ridiculously stressful with problems at every turn so I blame that.

                  Baseline Day 25 Today. I didn’t realize it had been 5 days since I’d last worked out! Packing up and corralling kids away from packed things has kept me pretty active so it wasn’t too bad. I know I didn’t do the counts exactly right and honestly did more than it asked of me but I am okay with that too!

                    Travel completely wiped me out. I'll do day 26 tomorrow. No sense flirting with injury.

                      Baseline Day 26. My ribcage isn't thrilled but it never is when I do workouts that affect my torso; especially if I haven't in several days. I have a heating pad that will put it right as rain that I'll use before bed. (The chest expansions are what do me in). I did some decent stretching at the end and that helped some so it should be good.

                        Baseline Day 27. So close I can almost taste it!! I didn't extend as much on the chest expansions on advice from my dietician and it was much better. Slight twinge in the ribcage but nothing like last night.

                        Speaking of dieticians. My dietician wants me to start a Low FODMAP diet next week. :/ I'm not looking forward to it but if the end result is no more guessing what's going to set off my digestive system it's worth it. At least I already know I can handle some of the foods on the list (Brussels sprouts, chocolate and broccoli). But we'll see what happens.

                          Baseline Day 28. I may have not cooled down enough and tweaked a glute. Oops. It isn't bad. Just needs a little rest tonight. I am ridiculously excited though. We may have gotten on a list for an English Springer Spaniel puppy! It'll probbly be march but that's okay. Gives me time to settle in.

                            Did Baseline Day 29 Yesterday which means I finished it today!!!! I am so happy!!! Finally completed a program all the way through!!!! (And on a day when my 2 year old insisted on being carried for hours).

                            I ordered a workout mat for my house today. It'll be about two weeks til it's here. New place is all hardwood so a mat is needed. I also ordered a rowing machine which will be awesome to use.
