    Thank you Ann-Core; I talked to my spouse and we're going to start making inquiries after the 15th of Nov. We should have transportation settled by then.

      Day 33/60

      40 minutes of WiiFit. Rainy day and waiting on ordered jackets for the kidlets so they can walk/be carried with me when spouse is at work. The chilly weather crept up on us this year.

        Nice, I haven't done that in a long time. I used to do it regularly, must be four years ago. I use the Wiiboard as a scale in these days.

            Oct 21 (WiiFit again) 34/60
            Oct 22 (Same) 35/60
            Oct 23 Decent brisk walk with the family and baby in carrier on chest. I need to do that every one of my spouses days off.

            We may have decided to go with a breeder for our dog. The breed specific rescues can be... harsh if you live in an apartment. (Even if you plan to work the dog as much as is good for them). Honestly I'm also scared to get a shelter dog again while I have small kids. I need to know my dog will have temperament and health tested parents. This also means the dog itself we probably won't get until around spring but that's really okay as it gives time for baby to get to the crawling stage and my spouse to hopefully get over his vertigo. (Or at least have answers). If my Dr. thinks I should get a dog sooner; I'll adjust as needed.

                Day before yesterday I was flattened by a bad Migraine (Hence the loss of the streak. Such is life)
                Yesterday 1/15. Shortish walk in the rain. (Figuring that once I get a dog I can't skip rainy days ^_^ I did do it when spouse was home so he could keep children dry)
                Today 2/15 Longer walk. (I need to measure it for sure but I think it's about 2K. I'll work up until I'm doing more).

                  Nope. Not working out today. I did some push-ups while at the playground with my four year old yesterday and then today I was holding a sick baby on my shoulder so I feel a bit flattened. ^_^ I will be deep cleaning tomorrow but I'll take a break to get a walk/playground in before my friend gets here.

                    Day 1/15
                    I've been lazy with my friend here; making excuses. I was starting to get brain fuzzy from not working out. (I forgot how well it clears my head).
                    So today I did one set of Toy Soldier Workout.
                    5 sets (Level 2) of Live Long Workout and
                    Upperbody Stretch

                    I feel much better. Ready to face the day!

                      Walked about the aquarium with baby on my chest. I figure an hour of that counts as a workout lol.

                          Day 3/15
                          Started off with Precursor Workout (Bounces instead of Hops)
                          The White Rabbit Workout (This one was hard to get into today. I was still very tired. It took until set 3 to get into it).
                          Chest & Arms Challenge Day 1 (15, 5, 8 which surprised me)
                          Full Body Stretch

                          All in all a good day workout wise. I'm going to start the Modern Hero Mealplan by the end of the week. I feel like I'm trudging I've been eating Way too much junk and restaurant food.

                            Day 4/15

                            Quick Warmup
                            Chest & Arms Challenge Day 2 (3 sets of 20 shoulder taps). I did the first set kinda wonky but fixed it for the next two.
                            Wall-Sit Challenge Day 1 (20 seconds) I figured that I should do challenges for more muscle groups and I've always liked Wall-Sits.
                            Cardio Fusion Workout lvl 1 with EC. I'd have gone for lvl 2 but kidlets called and the side lunges were starting to pull badly on my knees.
                            Reset Stretch finished my workout out for the day. That one is really nice.

                            Thunderstorms and migraine hangover meant I didn't restart my walking today. Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment (hopefully; it's a walk-in clinic so we'll see if I make it in time for a slot) so we'll see if I can fit some walking in around that.

                                I'm on Day 5 of the Wall-Sit Challenge. (50 Seconds)
                                Going to walk today and look at a different push-up challenge. I've got to start a little bit slower than one with that many shoulder taps. Oops.

                                My brain has been acting up and I still haven't made it to the Doctor as they changed their walk-in days without notice; I'll be switching doctors but need to close things out with this one. She doesn't set the clinic rules so I want her to know that my leaving has nothing to do with her; and everything to do with the clinic as a whole. I did find out that the medicine I've been on is notorious for causing extreme weight gain. That ticked me off as my doc didn't tell me that and I thought I must have been measuring wrong somehow or something to not see much for results yet. Hopefully I can get on one that actually works and doesn't make it harder to get to a normal weight instead of where I am.
                                Just not the best mood today so a bit of a downer post. The walk will be good though. It actually feels like autumn outside!
