Got the go-ahead to start working out again with the stipulation that I start very slowly. On that note I'm starting by doing the Calves of Steel challenge.
Day 1 (60 calf raises) down.
I am still back. Just between new baby and thunderstorms I haven't been able to get on the computer to keep this updated. ^_^
Finished Day 12 of Calves of Steel today.
Thank you funnana and Ann-Core. ^_^ Day 14 completed today. I'm feeling really good; good enough that I've started doing raised arm circles in the evening to supplement the calf raises and holds. In a week or two I'll look at starting Foundation Light to really get back into things.
Day 24 of Calves of Steel plus a 15 min walk.
I am ridiculously glad I’ve been doing Calves of Steel as I dropped a jam jar out of my pantry and only avoided getting glass in my feet by doing a calf raise hold until my spouse could wrangle the four year old and 3 month old into safe spots. Luckily my four year old (who was in the kitchen with me) managed to avoid the glass as well (he was further away).
Calves of Steel complete yesterday. I will update with what I've chosen to do next. Hurricane season is going to probably put a crimp on anything done outside.
