    Day 92
    Walk on the beach
    8 Weeks to 5K Day 32 (20x3 Calf Raises 25x2 Squats)
    Godkiller on lvl 2 with Extra Credit (I like this workout a lot. *eyes favorite workouts.... Hmmm*)

      Oops; been five days. Ah well; it's all good.

      Day 97
      Walk around a Vegan festival
      8 Weeks to 5K Day 34 (20x3 Calf Raises 25x2 Squats)
      Walker with EC
      Gentleman lvl 1 with EC (The cossack squats took me a minute but they were really fun when I figured them out)


      These last few days of 8 Weeks have been really hard for me so I think I'm going to repeat days 33-34 until it's a little easier on my body. It's my first running hurdle since I started though so I'm not discouraged; was just in a lot of pain yesterday (my legs were killing me after the 3 sets of 6 min run 1 min walk). I don't have pain today though so that's why I'm going to do 33 again until it's easier. The first time I tried it something was off so I only made it halfway through. The next day I recovered and just walked then I conquered it yesterday but as I said it was literally a pain so I'm going to do it again a time or two.

          Day 98

          Not a productive day but that's okay. Just did a Generic Workout to get my fifteeen. We'll see what today brings as I'm feeling less productive than yesterday lol.

            Day 99 I did a 30 min walk.

            Day 100!!!!!!!
            8 Weeks to 5 K Day 33 again. I need to do it one more time I think before I can move on. But I'm seriously jazzed about it being day 100!

                          So I seem to have pulled a muscle in my left thigh (not badly so more tweaked but it's still painful) so for days 102-103 I just did a half hour walk and my leg felt better about a third of the way into it. Today I'll deep clean my apartment (get 10,000 steps doing so and not overwork my leg. If I feel the need for more I'll do an office arm workout).

                              Day 1

                              Time to restart my Day Count. Ah well. I got pretty sick recently and missed a couple days. (Migraine + "Morning Sickness"= No workout possible; so for the next 8-9 months I'm going to Try not to worry so much about streaks) Now I'm working with starting walking as my workout until I see my Dr. and get a go-ahead to do body weight exercises. It'll probably be a month before I see the Dr. who can tell me what other workouts I can do but I should be safe with walking and light yoga so I'll do that starting with a roughly 30 min walk today.

                                Walking with hills day before yesterday. Cleaned some in the apartment yesterday but didn't do as much as I wanted because I don't want to overheat. Looking forward to a couple months from now when I'll have my energy back. Going camping this weekend most likely with some beach walking and a couple hiking trails. ^_^ Super excited.
