                  I noticed I've been breaking up the 8 Weeks with lots of walking. I need to quit that; it's why I'm weight plateauing already I'm sure. Ah well. There's another reason to check in daily so I can see when I'm really taking it too easy.

                    Day 63
                    Not feeling well so Walking anyway. Did 5 Minute Plank Day 5 and it was really hard for me.

                    Day 64
                    8 Weeks to 5K Day 14 (7 min run 5 min walk x2) It went really well. I also had a Dr.'s appointment today and my blood pressure was near perfect which was really nice to hear considering my weight.
                    Tried to do the 1 min plank that is Day 6 but only managed 30 seconds before I felt the very edges of a migraine pinging at me. So I have decided that I will do 30 second planks until it's easy for me and then work up from there. Just trying to do too much I guess. I do like the stretch I get in my core though and I like doing Challenges so I'll look them over and maybe do the first Ab Challenge. We'll see. I may go back to just doing the running plus a random workout. (With Andromeda, Arms & Abs and Guardsman of course! )

                          Light day today on account of being flattened by a migraine last night.

                            8 Weeks to 5K Day 17 (4 min run 2 min walk x 3). Really struggled today with whatever is making me nauseous but I worked through it and am hoping to get the burst of energy I normally get afterwards. Tomorrow is a super light day for 8 Weeks. If I'm feeling up to it I'll do Andromeda; if not I'll do Guardsman.

                              Day 72
                              Ended up walking for an hour so I didn't do Andromeda or Guardsman. By the time I stopped feeling nauseous it was evening and Aknord worked late last night so I just didn't have the gumption. I forgot to do 8 Weeks but I'll just do day 18 and 19 later today. (It's only 10 calf raises and 10 squats for day 18. Honestly I already did them). I ended up with over 10,000 steps logged on my fitbit yesterday! I've been averaging 6-8 K so I'm happy about that.
