    Day 11/30

    Ironborn Day 8. Hard work today. Planks are not my friend though I enjoy them... at the beginning.
    Walk to Run Day 16- 15 min walk so I'll be going to a Pirate Festival and I'll walk around there/chase a two year old. Should be fun.

      Day 12/30

      Ironborn Day 9; Nice one today. My arms were a little sore from yesterday's planks but by the second set were fine.

      Walk to Run Day 17- Farthest I've gotten in a running program so I am jazzed! No news yet on going home. Hopefully tomorrow. Which I've been saying for weeks now. Ah well. Didn't go to the pirate festival yesterday but to a bookstore instead. A lot less people.

        Day 13/30

        Just super out of it today but it was coolish enough that we could take our pupper on a walk. So we; Aknord and I; did that for workouts today.

          Day 14/30

          Still a bit out of it but I got both workouts done.
          Ironborn Day 10. 1/3 done!
          Walk to Run Day 18. It was interesting as I had to fight my brain a bit since this was my first time with a longer run than walk. ^_^ My motivation prevailed though and I didn't have to slow my pace during the three min run parts.

            Day 15/30

            Had all the symptoms of a migraine without the pain. Very weird. Just did wiifit so I wouldn't push it too hard.

            Day 16/30

            Did the Walk to Run Day 19. I was able to do it outside!!! With my dog which was awesome. It was hard but I did 2 miles in the 40 mins I had (I add a 5 min warm-up and cool-down to my walk to runs all the time).
            Woke up too late to do Ironborn as well. I should be able to do it tomorrow sometime after my dentist appointment.

                Day 17/30- 15 mins for Walk to Run. Spent part of night before in emergency room so did not do Ironborn since Aknord and I were dead tired. And to tell the truth I'm honestly kind of bored with it as I don't think my weights are heavy enough which means I'm debating what to do about that. Didn't expect my strength to return so quickly in the weights regard.

                  Emergency room? Is everything okay with the two of you and the little one? >|<
                  I guess it's an anwritten requisite for Ironborn to have adjustable weights or at least some pairs of different weight, so you could up the weight when it gets too easy.

                    I'm ok twinkletoes; it was a bout of bad depression is all. It happens to me sometimes but I'm cleared and I think it was cause of a change in medication recently.
                    That makes sense about Ironborn. I'll see if I can afford to get some heavier weights and consider whether or not to continue it until then.

                          Day 18/30

                          Since I hit the block with Ironborn I'm going back to HJ. I'm excited and you'll see why.

                          Walk to Run Day 21 (WOOT!) followed by Hero's Journey Day I Lvl II. I broke it up into three sets. 40, 40, 20 just in case I felt good enough to push to lvl III. Since I didn't want to hurt my back or give myself a migraine I did incline climbers so I could go at speed and it felt great! I'm super excited to be starting out with level 2 considering last thing I did at a higher level than 1 was Foundation. So yeah.. pretty jazzed about that.

                          Still trying to decide which weapon to grab this time. I'm thinking maybe the ring; heaven knows I could use a stronger core.

                            Maybe grab two weapons and do both or alternate them or you decide later which one to keep.

                                Day 19/30

                                Hero's Journey Day II Option B at Lvl II. Still at level 2! I'm glad tomorrow is weapons only because it will be a harder Walk to Run.
                                Walk to Run Day 22. Just over a week left. Still going pretty strong.
