Day 24/30 if my math is right. I think it is.
Foundation Day 13 today at lvl 3. Flutter kicks broken up into three chunks and there was the pokewalk too.

Yesterday did a 6 mile bike ride. Just about 2 miles further than we should've gone in the heat but it is what it is. I survived. ^_^ Day 1 of 10,000 crunches all with AKnord.

Walk to Run Day 1 on Treadmill so had the incline at 3.0. It's too hot to run outside since I'm not back in AK yet. But soon.
Day 2 of 10,000 crunches with Aknord.
      2/30.

Hey you! I see you've finished Foundation (again) and found a new challenge. Have fun
Do you have a firm date for your move back to Alaska?

I am quite enjoying the crunches. ^_^ And the walk-to-run isn't kicking my butt like the first few times I tried to launch it.

I will be going back mid-June; partly for a wedding and I might just stay up there. It depends. Aknord's work might keep him down here longer. So I am divided on if I'm going to weather it out in Virginia or stay somewhere cooler. The number of tornado warnings and watches are making me lean heavily toward Alaska though.

Pffft. Forgot to log what I did today.
Day 2 of Walk to Run. Still pretty comfortable; we'll see what tomorrow brings.
Day 3 of 10,000 Crunches. Broken up properly it was pretty easy but I'm still feeling it so that's a good thing. I think I'm going to give it a week or so and then add a push-up challenge or start Iron-Born since I am going to be wearing a sleeveless dress at the wedding. (Not that that's my reason for getting stricter about working out but making sure I fit into my bridesmaid dress is an incentive).

Day 3 of Walk to Run. Slowed the 'run' (jog really but a start's a start ) and was able to do the full workout properly.
Day 4 of 10,000 Crunches. Easy 100 day today so I cut the break down to 1 min between; partly cause I had water boiling.

Oh, according to Darebee definitions it might have still been a run:
Jogging speed is when you can jog and talk at the same time, comfortably. As in - have a conversation.
Running is the speed you can maintain but you can't talk.
Sprinting is your top speed, you normally can't maintain it for more than a few minutes.

Good to know twinkletoes! And it makes sense too! So yes it was a run. ^_^

Walk to Run Day 4. 15 min walk.
                      10,000 Crunches Day 5 (200 done in 5 sets of 40).

Walk to Run Day 5: 5 10 second sprints. I did these at a proper speed because I was using the treadmill and I have to say it worked out better because I wasn't huffing and during the 1 min walk.
                        10,000 Crunches Day 6; 220 done in 5 sets of 44.

Been a couple days. Let's see I did one extra 15 min walk day for the walk to run. Went to the beach and after chasing my toddler around for 20 or so minutes knew that running would be an error of epic proportions so I didn't. ^_^
As I have chosen a program I'm letting the 10,000 Crunches to be put aside until I'm done with it. I'm not quite at the level yet where I can do three things and the program will cover abs too so...

My shins hurt a bit from yesterdays run as it was cool enough to run outside with my pupper. They will strengthen though and I am already pleased with the changes I'm seeing/feeling. Haven't really lost much weight yet but that's partly because I keep forgetting to eat. So to combat that I am logging everything I eat and marking it off on a check list so I can't forget. I have discovered that my mum is a terrible enabler though. She kept suggesting I could take a break today. As you can see below I did not.

                            Today's Recap.

Walk to Run Day 10. Sprints today. ^_^
Ironborn Day 1 with 8 lb weights because that's what I've got. It went really well and I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

                            12/30

                            Have a wonderful night everyone!

                                Thanks twinkletoes!

Walk to Run Day 11: It went pretty well today. Longest workout so far and I went at least 1.5 mile according to the treadmill. That's about half of what I want to do in that time frame and it's only day 11 so I'm pleased. ^_^

Ironborn Day 2: Still fun and looking forward to tomorrow with a Little trepidation. It's leg day tomorrow but luckily it's a 15 min walk for Walk to Run so that'll work out.
