        I have my first program Icon! Yay so stoked!! I just finished it tonight.
        I'm also on day four of square 1. I think I'm getting better at working out. At least at consistency.
        Today I also went on a walk with a girl friend, and danced for 30 minutes at home cause I was in a good mood. All in all it was a very good day

                  Square 1 day 8.
                  It was so hard! Today was an eventful day full of things to do. One was getting a free fold up sleeping couch. It wasn't that heavy, but I had to help get it down off the third floor. I took the cushions by myself. Heavy suckers. Heavyer than the rest of the piece.
                  So I wanted to pass today's workout. Except dang it I want that medal! That was what was going on in my head when I thought about not doing it. So I got up and did it. Level 2 five rounds. After round two my arms were burning. I only take 30 seconds between rounds. I thought about doing Level 1 and only three rounds. I didn't though. I did all 5. Proud of myself, but I will feel that tomorrow.
                  All in all today was my workout and a total of 15500 steps.

                      I have an Ambitus goal ahead of me.
                      A bit of background. My husband is off for rehab for his back on the first of April. He'll be gone for three weeks. I know he'll be doing a lot of work on healing, well more helping his back. Workouts and weightloss and a few other things. Truth be told, I don't want to be left behind. Sounds weird I know. I just hate the idea of fat wife and skinny husband. Although I know that won't happen in three weeks.
                      Still I have my goal. In the three weeks my hubby is gone, I am doing a HIIT in the morning and a strength in the late afternoon or evening. Pairing that with healthy eating and cutting sweets and junkfood should get me good results in three weeks. I am not expecting miracles, just good results. A three kilo weightloss and a few cm less around the waist should be achievable.
                      after the three weeks without hubby my next goal will be keeping it up. I have a tendancie to take care of myself last. I need to change that.
