Day 1 on the hero's diet. It was/is a good day. No sweets and stuck to the rules the best I could considering I'm in the middle of the night shift.
My foot feels so much better!! Will start the foundation light workout tomorrow after I've slept. I think my foot could take more, but I had better be carefule. AoP is not running away. I can start it when I've finished foundation.
I want to lower my coffee intake next week too. Have to be honest it will be hard. I love my coffee, it's why I want to cut down. I'm up to two coffee pots a day right now. 4 cups per day is more than enough!
Tonight I will finish work then home and bed. I get to sleep in, and just relax. Monday is my next work day, then Wendsday. Then off for the rest of the month.
