    Anbody have a good option?

    So basically, I have PCOS and that means running a low GI diet to lose weight but a lot of recipes call for things I can't eat, i.e fish, seafood, chickpeas, mushrooms - so is there a diet or nutrition plan that may be able to help me?

    i would consult a dietician about the recipes you like that has food you cant eat to ask what you can sub with due to your medical condition bring the diet/ nutrition plan with you that way you can figure out the best for you.
