No Cheese?? - Modern Hero Diet Question

Is it safe to assume this meal plan discourages the consumption of cheese? I am currently trying to come up with a list of breakfast ideas and I thought of doing a open egg, spinach and cheese sandwich but i'm not sure if that would work under this plan. Also are salads okay as a meal or do i need to include a protein and carbs every meal? I don't drink milk because I don't like the taste so i am trying to consider other ways to get calcium.

This was some of the breakfast ideas I have thought of so far
    (1) Wholegrain Bread, (2 tbs) Nut Butter, (1 tbsp) Sesame Seeds, (1) Banana
    (2) Eggs, (1) Wholegrain Bread, (1 cp) Spinach,
    (2) Eggs, (3.5oz) Potato, (1 cp) Spinach,
    (1) Greek Yogurt, (¼ cp) Muesli, (¼ cp) Berries OR (1 Banana)
Also side note is I am just getting into developing healthy habits with the goal right now just being healthy conscious about my food with the future goal of losing weight once i get my routine down.

Cheese is on the list for the protein. As you are combining them together presumably you would want to use half as much of the recommendation for the sandwich?

You are supposed to consume in those proportions every meal. You might need to supplement your breakfast sandwich with some more fruit.

It looks like a good start though, and the beginning a healthier lifestyle

Made some adjustments, not sure about the parfait on the bottom but I really love eating yogurt with oats so hopefully I can make it work.
