      dominiqueclark I have not tried that. I will not be using anything past diet (food) and exercise to lose weight and have a healthy lifestyle! Thank you for asking that though.

          elimination diet where you cut everything out of your diet except for cod and water and after your body has adjusted about 1 week you start adding foods back into your diet,
          if your stomach starts to feel bad then take that food out and go to another, do this till you have eliminated all the foods that might have been sabotaging your health.

            LoganG69 Thank you! Yes, it seems as though it's to see what my body doesn't like, that I happen to love. I have a guess that it's most everything! I keep telling myself that it's mind over matter so I must keep pushing and telling my body that it's not allergic to anything. Hahahaha. Let's see if it responds! Hehehe.
