    Modern hero

    Hi, started the modern hero on Monday. That’s not a lot of carb... 😥 but my question is can we get bread? If not why not? If yes, how much?
    Last thing, what’s the limit on fruits?

    I would believe that a slice or two of whole wheat bread at around 100 to 200 kcal per meal would be acceptable as far as calories and carbs go. I started the Modern Hero Plan myself a few days ago and I'm really struggling with hunger too. I find that if I don't have a small portion of some snack like chicken breast I get pretty damn hungry. Last, as I read the plan, you can have as much fruit as you would want. My suggestion would be to go with low carb and calorie options like berries and melons instead of eating, say, 10 bananas.

      i somehow cant eat half a salmon steak! So far I went with small filet and breast... I will cut them in half when I find the courage this week!
      So the 100g is cooked proteins right?
      and since there is half cup whole wheat flour ( which is more then half cup anything else) European whole, fat and sugar free bread ( German type) can’t see that bad!
