    Nah, seriously, I think you can cook meat/fish in good teflon-coated pans without any fat. And I've read a few days ago that you can fry things with sparkling water instead of oil. I've never tried it myself, but apparently you pour as much sparkling water into the pan as you would oil, throw in your meat or fish and get cooking. Carefully add more water if needed, but watch out that it's not too much or you'd boil your meat.

    Taste buds rehab - Question

    I tried google search for an existing thread but couldn't find one.

    So, for the tatse buds rehab, it says "no added oil". How do you do that for cooking meat/fish? We don't have a barbecue and besides, barbecueing would add substances that cause cancer so it's not something you may want to do on a daily basis... Or does it mean you only eat vegetarian/veganistic?
