    Meal plan for life on the road?

    Hey guys. New here. Trying to get back on track and back in shape. The toughest part is figuring out what to eat now. I'm an "essential" worker during these trying times, and I'm living in a hotel for months at a time. I have a small fridge and a microwave, not much freezer space in there.
    Anyone know of a decent place to figure out a meal plan for this lifestyle? I try to eat Chipotle a good bit, light on the rice and double protein, but I can't eat that 2-3 times a day. Turkey sandwiches have been my other staple.
    Any help is appreciated!

    Things like high quality granola bars for breakfasts. Or beef jerkey + shelf stable fruits maybe?

      TattooLost Welcome to the Hive. You are in a tough spot. In addition to what “rin Said maybe add some protein bars, dried fruit, natural nuts.

            When I was on the road, sandwiches and good granola bars were my life. Also, fresh fruit and veggies! It's hard as hell, and you end up super limited, unfortunately. I also EXCLUSIVELY drank water. I don't do caffeine, so it was pretty easy. Long hours driving taught me that as long as I needed to pee I wouldn't fall asleep (LOL).
