    Plant-based Black bean Burgers

Can these be pan fried for the final stage? Not in tons of oil obviously, but I don't have an oven so just thinking of alternatives...?

Nevetharine they can be, yes - pretty much all plant-based burgers and veggie balls can be pan fried. You want to flip them carefully, though, they tend to fall apart when they are still hot. An oven dries them and then you can just leave them there to cool but when you use pan method, you need to flip them. Don't worry if they feel too soft or soggy when you do, they just need to cool before serving. It's normal.

    I hope this helps!
