        I have been touisting w friend. Great time. Not such great diet choices.

              I will get back to keeping a proper log tomorrow.

              Traveling w friends, a few of whom have their own weight/body image issues, does not make detailed notes easy.

              I did, however, keep my booze consumption to 1 or less except for 2 the 1st night. (Had 1 total non drinker along so that helped, didn't want to leave him "alone" w drunk ppl lol. Also as I get older, as much as I still fucking love a good interesting cocktail, and a slight tipsy buzz is ok, I don't really being actually drunk anymore.) I did NOT drink enough water, but last few days were betterish at least.

              I have found/fallen into a pattern that I think could be beneficial while spending time w friends, tho.

              Either a solid breakfast and a snack sized lunch (300ish cals, altho I should make smarter choices then chocolate + beef jerky perhaps) OR just a yogurt and small fruit w my coffee(s) in morning and a solid lunch, then normal dinner. If heavy gym/huge walk have the morningish meal strategically (say just after gym) and add an extra snack if needed.

              Going to spend a few weeks w this pattern starting tomorrow and see how it goes.

                1st day of new plan was... rocky but not terrible. I got defeated by tirednes/weather at the end of the day. Was too cold to wait 20 min outside for bus, was too tired to think a moment and get coffee/water instead of a slice when I hid in pizza shop.

                              I did a bunch of cooking yesterday and basically do not have to cook or order any takeout through next monday. Have goulash, pork chops and green beans, and protein oats made + kind bars (and mini ones), yogurts, fruit, and chorizo as possible snacks.
