    Hi,

    We all love food, don't we?

    Have you tried skipping dinner? It's difficult and I honestly give in twice or thrice a week, but I make it as light as possible, e.g. rice cakes with avocado or an apple. However, It works very well for me.

    My breakfast was 3 XL hard boiled eggs, 3 multi-cereal toast bread, avocado and tomato. Now, I reduced it to 2 eggs.
    As for lunch, whatever my wife (or my Mum) cooks, I just try to eat less than what I used to do before.
    Snacks, bananas and apples. Not to forget my favorite chocolate cookies 4 to 6 a day 4 with my morning espresso (x3) and another 2 after lunch.

    I reward myself every now and then by cheating, my body needs it

      Musical gym what I am trying to skip is snacks, and eating anything substantial at 10pm (if I work late I WILL want something when I get home but, trying to get it back to cheese and crackers not pizza lol). Dinner is family time/social for me, tho.

          1pm colleague was bringing her favorite ppl small cupcakes for her bday. Homemade and just 4 bite sized at least.

          430 chicken salad w greens, orange
          1015 pasta (chickpea pasta at least) w bit of butter and lots of parmesan

            230 coffee
            4 sonoma chicken salad, tangerine
            930 pizza slice dried sausage, pb crackers, baby bri, mandarin

            Saturday
            68oz water, 32oz caffeine, 8oz booze, 8oz yogurt drink
            did NOT want to wake up and go to work >.>
            9am 2 hard boiled eggs, soem dried sausage, awesome fucking donut, huge coffee
            1130 coffee
            1pm salad w chicken, romain cukes and tomato, orange
            730 indian w a friend. some fritter things w mint and cheese in, VINDALOO, rice, a mango lasi bc vindaloo murdered me, naan. out after for a drink, had a gin martini

                So, dinner w non drinking (aa) friends turned into gonzo water consumption day bc they had papelmous lacroix water on hand lol. I need to branch out, I usually buy lime.

                      Basically on Vacation next 2 weeks - doing touristy things w friend in ny then going to Pax. Food might get absurd lol.

                      330 tuna, cucumber, cheese/procutio roll up, mandarin

                      1030 comfort food valentine's dinner - hot dogs and mac and cheese and broccoli, w wine lol

                        Walked all over city (13 miles). It was bitter bitter cold, hence all the coffee stops.
