    Thanks neilarey

Sorry I'm tagging you all the time in these questions! It's just because I remember you said you are still doing plant-based. So I'm assuming you know what you're doing.

Nevetharine The 7-day menu is too limited to be done indefinitely but it's a good start! You should vary your meals a bit more to stay healthy long-term. Add mushrooms, algae, other grains, seeds and nuts, if possible. We'll have more materials on plant-based eating released in January (for Veganuary) that may be of help.

Supplements wise, you should take B12 if you decide to keep it up but otherwise you'll be totally fine. We would normally get B12 from soil but as we don't spend much time anywhere near dirt, animals do that for us. Sometimes animals get the supplement to begin with and then we get it from them. Think of animal products as a ready package - everything is already synthesized for us and ready for our body to absorb. Eating plant-based requires an extra step for certain things. For example Vitamin A will have to be converted from Carotenoids we get from green leafy greens and orange fruit and vegetables (squash, carrots, grapefruit, apricots etc).

    I hope this helps!

neilarey can this plan be done indefinitely? Are there any supplements we need to take with it?
