    Power Fast

    Ok so I’m going to try the power fast and I’m wondering how and the best way to plan out my meals it says not to eat for 16 hours between meals so Hypothetically would that change the time that you start and end your meals every day

    Easiest way is to finish eating by 8pm and then don't eat until 12 the next day, don't forget when fasting you count your sleep. In that 8 hour period of eating it doesn't matter when you eat, i tend to eat about 2pm but still stop at 8pm.Its a personal choice.

      The 16 hours is for the last meal of the day (so meal 2) into the first meal of the next day (and like drpickmurphy said, 8 of those 16 hours is sleep, which counts!). I hear people still recommend at least 4 hours in-between each meal during the day, which I follow, so I have my first meal at 1 and second meal is *usually* at around 6 or 7, but if things come up I have time until 9pm when I stop eating for the day
