    1 & 1 Diet - Breakfast

    Hi guys, I'm about to start 1 & 1 meal plan, however, I don't see what I can use for breakfast in case I want to drink milk. In fact, I'm supposed to combine one thing from the protein food list (where milk appears) and two from veggies list and I don't see what I can combine with milk! I've always found not very easy to adapt darebee meal plans to my mediterranean food habits, even though, when I managed to do it, it was very effective. Is there anybody with similar issues which can help?

    I sometimes make smoothies with veggies and milk kefir, I suppose that you could do that using plain milk. I like to mix some of these: fennel, cucumber, celery, carrots, zucchini, sweet potatoes, beetroot, all raw.

      You don't have to physically mix the food (milk with spinach ). Just eat/drink them like you eat side dishes, in the same meal.
